This Second Generation LED Mega Beam is a compact marine floodlight suitable for vessels subject to high vibration, impact and shock loads. Supplied with stainless steel mounting hardware and pre-wired with 2m of marine cable, each lamp is a completely sealed ‘fit and forget’ unit.

Advanced Hella marine optics and LED technology combine to provide high intensity white light for close range homogeneous illumination.

Power consumption is 15W (compared to 7W for GEN1), or 15% of the energy required to operate a 55W H3 halogen floodlight, thus providing substantial power savings onboard. Hella marine Multivolt electronics provide consistent illumination and circuit protection across a range of inputs from 9-30V DC for an ultra long service life.

LED Mega Beam floodlights are the answer for energy efficient, completely sealed, shock and vibration resistant illumination.

This is the 3rd one I’ve purchased for my boat. Now I no longer have any Halogen lights and brightness is just as adequate plus nearly zero battery drain. These are also a very tough light and seem to be able to withstand all the vibration and jarring I can give them. Very satisfied.

the led mega light is an awesome product. illumination is great without the concern of draining the battery. easy to install and superior quality. nice to have something trouble-free on my boat!

Most people might hesitate to spend this much on a spreader light until they see one in use. When using electronics, bait pumps, underwater lights and entertainment systems all night it is essential to watch your amp draw. Three of these draw less than one conventional 55 watt halogen.This is a no brainer. Im sure you will see these as standard equipment on all HARD CORE fishing machines.
