Rating Awesome!
Just installed two blue ones under my two kicks and they light up my interior like you would not believe!!! I put them facing downward instead of out across my deck and they still light everything up. Great deal at $99 each.

I installed these under the gunwale of my 32' Regulator and they look great. I used clear silicon and it seems to be holding up well. Very nice quality product...

Rating great display
Took a chance on this low-cost led ribbon and was very pleased with the quality and output. I got 6 of the warm white type but forgot to get a 12V transformer and ended up picking one up locally for under $50 bucks.

Questions and Answers
Q: are there wire leads on both ends of the ribbon?
Asked by: Bill - 11/24/2013 (Submit an answer)
A: There are 6" leads on only one of the sides of the roll of ribbon. Additional leads can be soldered to the opposite end or every 2" if the ribbon is cut.

Q: Do the lights have 3M tape on the back for installation?
Asked by: Tim Hartley - 3/24/2014 (Submit an answer)
A: No. You will have to use either the optional Clips or Track to mount it. We have also had customers use glue or sealant to mount it.

Q: how do you connect multiple ribbons and how many ribbons can be connected ?
Asked by: David - 7/16/2014 (Submit an answer)
A: You can connect up to 50' (3 x 16' Spools) LED spools together by soldering the ends together.

Q: how do you determine which LED Driver will be needed?
Asked by: David - 7/17/2014 (Submit an answer)
A: The LED Ribbon draws about 1.5W per foot or 25W per 16' Spool. So you would need a LED driver that is at least 25W or larger.

Q: I would like to place 8 feet of ribbon lighting beneath the swim platform. Can I connect/wire it to existing courtesy light. if so will it require a driver?
Asked by: Rich Linens - 2/8/2015 (Submit an answer)
A: The single color ribbon can be connected directly to your existing 12V courtesy lights. If using the RGB Color Changing Ribbon, the RGB controller will need to be added to the circuit.

Q: I have a pontoon boat. Can I cut this ribbon into and make two strips, each 8 foot in length, one for each side of my boat?
Asked by: charlie - 2/22/2015 (Submit an answer)
A: Yes, the LED Ribbon can be cut at every 2" using a pair or scissors. You will have to solder new leads onto the new section however.
